Please help. I can't post a reply to the "Consciousness-Space-Time?" thread at the "Psychology" forum. Always get

Still the same problem. It seems that I get this error with any post in the "Psycho" Wink

Clear your browser's info. Seems like it's related to python...
On the server side, editing the config and adding
Options -MultiViews
might help.

I experienced it as well when trying to post an update to our moderator responsibilities.

I think it might be associated with some new "hacker" defense security that scans posts when you savethem to prohibit posting of questionable content.

Working on a fix.

I'm having one such 406 instance, while trying to post a news story (that is: after clicking the review button).Hope it can get fixed!

I noticed this topic on my news feed, I'd been getting 406 error after 406 error trying to post to this topic=Peak Oil and Human Nature , over in the psych forum.
Now, my post mentioned the band Motorhead. The name has an umlaut over the second 'o' - I wasn't able to post until I changed it to a plain vanilla 'o'. I tried it again here - can't even preview with the umlaut in place.
Wuzzup with that? Some kind of Teutonophobia at work here? Is Lemmy a neo-con industry apologist?

Don't use the Scandinavian characters - hmmm, I can't type them, can I?
"o" with a slash or double dots, a & e together and aa which is "a" with a ring on top. Guess the same goes for some German letters, u with double dots, double s, maybe some Hispanic too?
I guess the same happens when copy/pasting newsstories etc.
