So how is the market doing today?
I hear it went down.
This is the first day all the people at work know the numbers, I think it is starting to grab peoples attention.

You "heard"? "Starting to"?
There is no excuse for dumb, it gets what it deserves per the laws of nature.

I was working at a new clinic on Wednesday. Turns out one of the other people working there was on the same wavelength as me. She was freaking out all day about the situation in Iceland. It was good to not be the only one walking around freaking out, but trying to hide it so people don't think you're a spaz.

You don't need to freak out. You are prepared, no? The slowest people get eaten by the bear.

So, what about Ieland? You have a link?
Yes, that is what this thread hopefully will do, just to share in our various climtes the "awakening" of people to "trouble"
It is really wierd, people are going, like,
Hey, my IRA isn't doing so good.
I am not kidding, that is what some were saying today.
wonder when they really start to worry.

When the ATM stops and they can't buy food. That is when it's time to open the safe.

Anybody who hasn't gotten at least a slight twinge of concern is completely and utterly brain dead.
