4. This article isn't facts, it's sensationalism. I know everybody loves a conspiracy theory, but I've actually looked at Art Berman's dataset for his Barnett Shale analysis and his conclusions are a joke. I'm a petroleum engineer with 30 years experience and I'm comfortable saying that Art is enjoying notoriety, damn the facts. FT would do well to stop doubting TPH and CEOs. Please be more careful in calling squeaky wheels "experts". There's probably are some "experts" in flat earth theory out there somewhere too!
