Agreed - OPEC has shown that they enjoy the $100 oil, and it will take a significant amount of demand destruction before they allow that figure to fall.

As far as Houston goes (west side here), 90% of my neighbors are home. There's almost noone on the roads, most businesses are closed, and there's basically no gas to be found.
