Now I guess ITER will go to Cadarache in France. Japanese do their best to have compensation as much as they can.

If they could agree now, we lost "only" 1 year negociating compared to the initial plan. I even expected it could take much longer but, let's wait, maybe no agreement is possible this Friday...
